The SAP Business One Product Consultant is responsible for driving ERP sales and providing solution consulting services for small and medium-sized enterprises. The role focuses on delivering integrated business management solutions using SAP Business One, a widely used ERP system for growing businesses.
The Product Consultant acts as a trusted advisor, helping organizations improve efficiency through ERP implementation and digital transformation. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, from lead engagement and needs analysis to product demonstrations, proposal development, closing, and post-sales support.
This role is open to fresh graduates and entry-level professionals who are interested in building a career in ERP consulting, SaaS sales, and business technology solutions
Duties and Responsibilities
ERP sales and client engagement
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for SAP Business One ERP solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess client workflows, operational challenges, and system requirements
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to business needs
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including proposal, negotiation, closing, and follow-through
Solution consulting and product expertise
- Develop knowledge of SAP Business One modules such as finance, sales, inventory, purchasing, and reporting
- Translate client requirements into ERP solutions and value propositions
- Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Provide recommendations to improve business processes and reporting
Market research and industry insights
- Stay updated on ERP trends, SME needs, and digital transformation initiatives
- Monitor competitor solutions and identify key differentiators
- Identify opportunities across industries such as distribution, retail, manufacturing, and services
Sales targets and strategy development
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements
Networking and partnerships
- Participate in business events, trade shows, and industry forums
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Post-sales support and client success
- Ensure smooth handover to implementation teams
- Provide post-sales follow-up and support
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to support ERP adoption

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates
- Experience in ERP systems, SAP Business One, IT sales, SaaS, or accounting software is an advantage
- Exposure to business process analysis or enterprise systems is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to understand business operations such as finance, inventory, and sales
- Interest in ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation
- Results-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment
- Problem-solving and client management skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in Business English
Location and Work Setup
- Willing to do fieldwork and be assigned within or outside Metro Manila
- Based in Quezon City or willing to work in Quezon City
- Willing to travel as needed
