- Source and recruit qualified linguists (translators, interpreters, reviewers, and language specialists) across various language pairs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of multilingual talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates’ language proficiency, experience, and qualifications
- Collaborate with recruitment teams, project managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill or niche language requirements
- Engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships with language professionals
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in multilingual, localization, or BPO environments
- Strong understanding of language roles such as translation, interpretation, and localization
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search techniques)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
