Job Description
- Study and facilitate installation Methodologies, requirements and MEPFS Plans for cold rooms, laundry, and other kitchen equipment prior to installation.
- Create a bill of materials, request tools, man power, Work Permit, Scope of work and estimated date of completion for service installation.
- Gather Manuals and other documents needed prior to commissioning phase. (Unit sales)
- Creation of MEPFS plan and coordination to the client for non-projectized installation.
- Site Verification, unit sales & Projectized installation and update BOM in accordance to site condition.
- Monitor all installation Progress: provide solutions to issues raised by Service tech. related to installation.
- Create detailed installation report to be submitted daily to the project management team, installation team, and supervisor.
- Conduct testing of utilities prior to the tapping of the equipment.
- Facilitate and works in pair with technicians from internal testing up to commissioning if needed.
- Create fabrication request for fabtech export industries,Inc.
- CAD drawing if needed for fabrication and documentation concerning unit sales installation.
- Input per materials/Items from BOM estimates to SAP/Filemaker.
- Budget estimate and request for non-projectized installation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Refrigeration and Airconditioning Technology with NCII Certificate
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
