Job Description

FinAccel is looking for a Payment and Reconciliation Manager who will be responsible to lead our payment and reconciliations team in ensuring payment delivery in the fastest and most efficient way possible and provide reconciliation/settlement support to Finance and Accounting Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set objectives for ops finance team aligned with overall finance department’s targets and KPIs
  • Oversee invoice processing
  • Oversee all 3rd party payment on daily basis & maintain the daily report
  • Act as a mediator/bridge between 3rd parties (customer/merchant/bank) Vs FinAccel internal departments on solving settlement/transactions issues
  • Organize records of invoices, bills and deposit
  • Provide weekly reconciliations data (lender/customer/biller/PL) to ensure accounting booking reflects the correct nature of transactions
  • Support finance team on reconciliation/analysis needed for closing period purpose
  • Support other ad hoc data required by management

Minimum Qualifications

What you will need:

  • A Business related Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferably in Accounting or Finance from a recognized University. Master’s Degree is a plus
  • Over 4 years working experience in cards/mobile payment finance, fully integrated in all aspects of settlement and daily reconciliation process of which a minimum of 2 years must have been at a management level in Reconciliation and Settlement
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent financial analytical, organization and planning skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial spreadsheet applications such as Excel.
  • Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly self-directed, a strong individual contributor and a strong team player.
