Job Description
- Participate in the review of product design documentation to ensure that requirements/user stories stated are understandable, unambiguous, and verifiable
- Participate in requirements reviews, meetings, scrum, estimations and recommendations
- Conduct peer reviews of test plans, test procedures, and test scripts
- Perform Functional, Regression, System Integration Testing, and Load test for API, Web Application, & Database etc
- Completes testing effort within timelines
- Capture and analyze Defects and recommended resolutions
- Help develop and drive a test culture across the entire company, which includes following the Agile testing principles and continuously reviewing, implementing, and communicating process improvements and quality metrics to the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in at least 5 years of work experience in testing or Quality Assurance
- Experience in manual and automation testing, specifically Functional, Integration, Regression, Compatibility (mobile/desktop)
- Experience in manual and automation testing
- With experience in the use of JIRA, jMeter, Postman or Jenkins
- Familiarity and actual work experience with Selenium IDE is an advantage
- Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases. Very creative with negative and alternative scenarios
- Experience in Performance, Accessibility, Compatibility (mobile/desktop), and User Experience Testing is an advantage
- Familiar in Performance, Accessibility, Security and User Experience Testing is a plus
- Experience in Agile Software Development, specifically Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledgeable in JIRA, Postman, Jenkins and jMeter tools
- Knowledgeable in basic SQL queries or scripting
- Familiarity in basic performance testing is a plus
- Familiarity with Browser Audit Tool and Pa11y or axe tools is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and able to understand and be easily understood in spoken and written English
- Has initiative, high energy, strong work ethics and a team player
