- Melakukan pengelolaan & pemeliharaan fasilitas umum, kantor, housing serta infrastruktur umum dalam hal mechanical, electrical, plumbing juga sistem keselamatan kerja
- Merencanakan anggaran perawatan peralatan mechanical dan electrical serta memonitor pengeluaran anggaran
- Bertanggung jawab dalam menetapkan prosedur dan standar kerja yang digunakan dalam aktivitas pekerjaan serta memastikan seluruh aktivitas maintenance sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku.
- Merencanakan dan memonitor kebutuhan material, peralatan kerja, man power dalam pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan serta bertanggung jawab dalam administrasi seluruh proses pekerjaan
- Membuat laporan terkait aktivitas pekerjaan, laporan dan inisiatif perbaikan di area yang menjadi cakupan
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 Teknik
- Berpengalaman dalam perawatan dan perbaikan sipil, elektrik, dan pipa saluran air (General Service)
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait pemeliharaan fasilitas umum, kantor, housing serta infrastruktur umum
- Familiar dengan perencanaan, pelaporan, dan penetapan prosedur kerja
