Job Description

Work with Product Owners to ensure user stories and product features are correctly prioritised, planned and allocated to a scrum team with the correct resources, tools and processes in place.
Oversee the Scrum teams throughout a release train or sprint monitoring progress to ensure the burndown rate is consistent and will meet the sprint deadline. Monitor and mitigate risks and issues and produce appropriate reporting against KPI’s.
Interpret business requirements and understand scope and effort to properly gauge resourcing necessities.
Validate that user expectations are achieved during development and testing.
Have a tough but pragmatic demeanor able to influence but not be strayed from original planning and scoping meetings.
Able to facilitate meetings and product demos at all stakeholder levels.
Expert in progressing and reporting agile release trains including agile reporting of burn-down charts, backlogs, sprint planning and resource utilization.
Mentor, coach and lead your teams and be a Champion of all things Agile.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Minimum Qualifications

Accredited Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, mobile and web technologies.
Proven working experience as a project manager/scrum master in the information technology sector.
3 years experience of working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in use of industry standards and best practices.
Expert in planning and reporting up to date status of scrum progress.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Can handle multiple scum teams concurrently.
Understand the basic fundamentals of SDLC.
Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team.
Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development.
Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics.
Understand backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task definition.
Self-starter, leader, mentor, Scrum/Agile advocate and champion.
Will strive for continuous improvement.
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
A full team player.
With JIRA for Agile (Kanban / Scrum) projects background.
With PSM 1 or CSM certification.
PMP certification is a plus.
No issue when it comes to availability and must agree to Limited WFH setup policy.
