Job Description

1. Network Planning Life Cycle

Manage network related Network Planning lifecycle process, from Demand Management requirement up to BoQ approval, Cost and Program handover to Network Deployment team

Lead the coordination session for network planning lifecycle progress related to the program handled, including process issue solving.
Prioritize projects to be executed by the technology team after validation with Demand and PMO team.
Ensure SLA compliance from the technology team towards user needs.

2. Document preparation

Prepare detail document set (known as CVD) for Project approval by OGTP (Ooredoo Group Technology & Performance) that are within AOP and/or Non-AOP

3. Reporting

Publish high quality reports related to projects/Programs in a professional manner

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification:

Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required;
A team player that has the capability and eagerness to quickly pick up new knowledge in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment;
Enthusiastic and has ability to drive and manage Telco Projects.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years work experience in telecommunication industry with the Consumer business users as well as Engineering team; such as RAN (Radio Access Network), Transmission, CORE and CME (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) infrastructure.
Understand Technical BoQ and ability to generate summary.
Good knowledge/experience with Budget control and processes involved in the planning.
Experience and knowledge in Transport (MW,IP,MPLS,OSP, VSAT) would be prefered

Skills:

Excellence communication in both Bahasa and English.
Excellence in technical writing and reporting.
Excellence in MS Excel (Macro) and MS Power Point.
Project Management.
Stakeholder management.
Having good knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
Has excellent knowledge in translating business requirement into technical or functional specification.
Budget Management.
