BCO6001 - IT Security and Big Data  

• Project Management knowledge and experience in managing a project through its entire lifecycle (initialize, plan, execute, control and monitor); ensure scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables are being met by applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management.
• Responsible for managing B2B customer project requirement for big data & security services, as point of contact to customer, internal stakeholders as well as partners or vendors. Support design finalization stage until successful completion of the projects.

Qualification:

• Background in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology or System Information, minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

• Project Management skill, Project Management knowledge and experience in managing a project through its entire lifecycle

• Must have a passion for customer satisfaction and have the ability to manage customer’s needs and expectations.
• Good spoken and written communication skills, English and Indonesian.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Result oriented.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Understand IT security and infrastructure technology, IT service management and ability to manage vendors and internal customers
• ITIL tooling and processing knowledge and experience
• Experience in designing and implementing reporting and visualization for unstructured and structured data sets is an advantage
• Knowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, processes and technology is an advantage
• Strong analytical and planning skills;

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Ability to prepare detailed project plan and report.
• Ability to effectively make verbal and written reports and presentations.
• Ability to managed expectation of different stakeholders while pushing related units to commit to the SLA to achieve successful project implementation.
• Demonstrate good leadership and teamwork skills
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification given additional consideration
• Certification in Information Security (CISSP, ISC, or CISM) practices and policies
• Proven service delivery management in at least 2 of the following domains with relation to Cyber Security and Industry Standards i.e. PDPA, GDPR, PCI/DSS, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and management, risk analysis, SLAs, IEC62443, IACS: Data protection security, Commercial Transaction Security, Managed Services, Industrial Security, Cloud Solutions given additional consideration
• PMP certification given additional consideration
• Experience working with multi-Terabyte data sets given additional consideration
• Experience with Data Integration on traditional and Hadoop environments given additional consideration
