Job Description
- Monitor proses kerja tim dan membantu anggota tim dalam kasus yang sulit (hard complain)
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk kelancaran kegiatan agent Customer Service
- Bertanggung jawab atas target pribadi dan tim
- Menganalisa pencapaian harian dan bulanan tim
- Mengelola dan mengarahkan tim operasional untuk mencapai target bisnis
- Melakukan pertemuan rutin dengan tim untuk membahas tentang masalah, pembaharuan, dll
Requirements
- Pendidikan min. S1 dari semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun sebagai Team Leader di bidang Customer Service/Call Center
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi tertulis dan verbal yang baik, serta memilki keterampilan pengambilan keputusan
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan
- Bersedia bekerja di Bandung
- Dapat bekerja secepatnya
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan Minimum D3
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang customer service/ call center inbound maupun outbound call minimal 1 tahun
- Memiliki Kemampuan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik
- Kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer
- Memiliki kemampuan Microsoft Office
- Siap untuk bekerja shift
- Siap bekerja secepatnya
