- Prepares billing statements based on agreed contracts and agreements
- Liaises with clients in relation to billing statement details and schedule of collections
- Assists other team members in the preparation of official receipts and other tax documents, as applicable
- Coordinates and updates the sales teams on billings and collections from their own clients
- Updates revenue amortization reports based on billings issued during the month
- Create rapport with Sales and client teams
- Assists in month-end closing and other projects, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting or related major
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Xero and relevant software
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
