- Manage and maintain company’s tax database.
- Prepare tax restitution (tax refunds).
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax) accurately and on time.
- Calculate tax liabilities in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Maintain proper tax documentation and records to support reporting and audits.
- Conduct periodic tax reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with accounting records.
- Prepare and file Annual Tax SPT and perform fiscal corrections.
- Liaise with KPP and auditor for all tax matters and reconciliations, including handling SP2DK and VAT Return.
- Prepare internal tax payment forms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.
- Max 1 year experiences.
- Proven advanced skills and knowledge on Ms. Office especially Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
- Able to operate Coretax.
- Basic knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial statements.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia tax laws and regulations.
- Self-driven person and able to work well as a team.
- Brevet A & B certification may be required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skils.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
