- Monitoring system support newsroom, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all IT components related to broadcasting
- Monitoring MCR operation support
- Monitoring production control room support for live bulletin and breaking news and work closely with production teams to understand their technical requirements
- Provide technical support for broadcast equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Backoffice support
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT roles related to the broadcast TV industry
- Proven experience in managing broadcast systems, including servers, routers, switches, and other relevant infrastructure
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting broadcast equipment and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues in a dynamic broadcasting environment.
