- You will define the roadmap of strategic projects for commercial team, identifying needs, defining priority projects, staffing project teams within commercial and involving stakeholders across Lazada, ensuring end-to-end successful execution of projects
- You will work closely with Regional Commercial team to develop Lazada’s Seller Segmentation strategy i.e., define Lazada’s differentiated offerings depending upon the types of seller and in return incentivize the seller base to grow faster with higher adherence to high quality standards
- You will conduct granular monthly planning and forecasting exercise (at sub-category level) to ensure plan for the month is aligned with the initiatives launched on the ground. Drive analytics team to deliver insights to accelerate growth of Commercial business
- You will create and present project reports (e.g., presentations, memos) to key stakeholders (e.g., Head of Categories, CBU)
- You will end to end ownership with Commercial PMO of business performance review workshops and discussions.
Minimum Qualifications
- You should have minimum 6 years of relevant working experience (preferably in investment banking, management consulting, or similar senior project manager-related role)
- You will need superior analytical skills to problem solve complex problems of the e-commerce industry and support whole commercial team to innovate
- You should have excellent Management skills and proven success in motivating large teams
- You will need the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and organization
- You must be able to demonstrate effectiveness working across multiple business units to achieve results
- You will need strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate priorities to cross functional audiences.
