The Teleconsult Psychiatrist supports the mental health needs of patients through consultations, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy. They conduct teleconsults with a fixed monthly income on a WFH set-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and psychiatric evaluations, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs
• Monitor and manage patient medication carefully, adjusting dosages and prescriptions
• Collaborate with program leads and other mental health professionals to discuss and debrief cases, applying insights gained to improve patient outcomes
• Continuously assess and reassess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and approach as necessary to support patient well-being
• Ensure that consultations, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s protocols

• Licensed physician with psychiatry training and an active S2 license;
• Preferably a member of the Philippine Psychiatric Association;
• Preferably has working experience in occupational health or company clinics;
• Access to a personal computer with stable internet connection as well as clear audio and video-sharing capabilities
