- Assist the division manager in documenting, filing, and processing of sales; and in coordinating with other divisions and marketing groups in all important matters;
- Oversee inventory of sales materials and supplies for the assigned sales division;
- Prepare sales materials for the property consultants, which include the reservation agreement form, computation pad and terms, price lists, and availability listing;
- Handle the buyer's information slip of property consultants and ensure that the form is completely accomplished;
- Monitor attendance of property consultants;
- Entertain walk-in clients and phone calls;
- Assist the property consultants with their after-sales service to clients;
- Route and receive documents within the marketing department;
- Prepare the division sales reports and other reports required by the division head;
- Update availability charts;
- Encode and check commission request forms and submit it to the commission and incentive head; and
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
