Financial Planning Analyst  

What you'll do:

Financial Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Developing accurate financial forecasts and budgets for the assigned category based on historical data, market trends, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure budgets align with organizational goals and resource allocation.

Performance Analysis:

• Evaluating the financial performance of the assigned category by comparing actual results against forecasts and budgets.
• Conducting detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers behind deviations and providing insights into financial performance trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitoring:

• Defining and monitoring KPIs specific to the category, such as revenue growth, profitability margins, and cost efficiencies.
• Tracking KPI trends over time to assess performance trajectory and identifying areas for improvement.

Financial Modeling and Scenario Planning:

• Developing financial models to simulate different scenarios and assess the potential impact on the category's financial performance.
• Conducting sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities associated with changes in key variables.

Reporting and Communication:

• Presenting findings, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Preparing clear and concise reports that outline the category's financial health, performance drivers, and strategic implications.

Continuous Improvement and Strategic Support:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives aimed at optimizing financial performance and achieving strategic objectives.

Compliance and Governance:
