Job Description
- Daily bookkeeping with XERO accounting software
- Manage AP and organize payments in a timely manner
- Prepare quarterly/semester closing and financial reports
- Declare & pay taxes (PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 21 mainly) in a timely manner
- Prepare “Bukti Potong” and get them sent to the suppliers
- Archive files and supporting documents in order
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and other related professionals
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Management as requested
- Assist Management in accounting/finance/budgeting/tax matters
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable University in Indonesia / Overseas
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience as an Accountant / Auditors in a reputable Company / Audit firm
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong excel skills, attention to detail, and accurate
