- Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (vat, withholding tax, income tax, percentage tax, etc.).
- Encode, validate, and submit tax reports through BIR online platforms (eFPS, eBIRForms, Relief, Alphalist).
- Maintain and organize tax schedules, supporting documents, and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries related to tax transactions.
- Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding tax-related requirements and documentation.
- Assist during bir audits, assessments, and reconciliations.
- Perform other accounting and tax-related tasks as may be assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or any Business-related course
- With basic understanding of bir processes, including tax filing, compliance, and documentation
- Familiar with bir online systems such as eFPS, eBIRForms, Relief, and Alphalist, or willing to undergo training
- Knowledgeable in vat, withholding taxes, income tax, and other statutory taxes
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, sap)
- Proficient in ms Excel and ms Word
- Knowledge of journal entries, bookkeeping, and basic financial statements
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple deadlines
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
