Responsibilities:
- Assist, manage, and coordinate all incoming and outgoing correspondences with clients, ensuring timely and organized communication.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure the proper archiving and retrieval of all legal and administrative documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate effectively with legal professionals and external parties to support case progress and/or document preparation.
- Maintain a positive, caring, and professional attitude toward clients at all times, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
- Review and verify all legal and administrative documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable legal standards.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to clients.
- Follow up diligently with clients for the collection of required data and supporting documents, ensuring timely completion of all administrative processes.

- Membantu, mengelola, dan mengoordinasikan seluruh korespondensi masuk dan keluar dengan klien secara tertib dan tepat waktu.
- Memantau tenggat waktu serta memastikan seluruh dokumentasi diarsipkan dengan baik, baik dalam bentuk fisik maupun digital.
- Berkoordinasi secara efektif dengan profesional hukum yang relevan untuk mendukung kelancaran penanganan dokumen dan proses hukum.
- Menjaga sikap positif, peduli, dan profesional dalam berinteraksi dengan klien, serta memberikan tanggapan yang cepat terhadap pertanyaan demi menjaga kepuasan klien.
- Meninjau dan memastikan seluruh dokumen telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien dan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.
- Memberikan informasi yang akurat, sah, dan lengkap kepada klien.
- Menindaklanjuti kebutuhan pengumpulan data dan/atau dokumen dari klien untuk memastikan kelengkapan dan ketepatan proses administrasi.
Minimum Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Have a minimum Bachelor degree in any major (preferably Law, Administration, or related field)
- Having min. 1 year experience as a customer service and/or admin
- Experience in notary offices is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written, including formal correspondence)

- Memiliki gelar sarjana minimal S1 di bidang apapun (diutamakan Hukum, Administrasi, atau bidang terkait)
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai customer service dan/atau admin
- Pengalaman di kantor notaris merupakan nilai tambah
- Kemahiran dalam Microsoft Office
- Perhatian terhadap detail dan akurasi
- Kemampuan untuk multi-task dan bekerja dalam tenggat waktu yang ketat
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik (lisan dan tulisan, termasuk korespondensi formal)
