- Managing trouble ticket/inquires, follow up, and provide solutions for second level support
- Day to day manage network equipment : BTS, Radio Microwave, VSAT, Fiber Optic, CCTV, Power, etc
- Jobdesk day to day create monitoring report
- Monitoring network service using NOC tools, conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
- Education Qualification : Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information System Engineering
- Must have Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Handle all perangkat Network (Router, Switch, AP, WLC) Bank Mandiri
- Tools monitoring : Solarwind (Mandatory)
