- Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai QA Tester / Software Tester.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam testing Mobile Application, khususnya Mobile Banking, Fintech, atau Financial Services.
- Memiliki pengalaman melakukan functional testing pada Android dan/atau iOS.
- Memahami test case, test scenario, bug reporting, retesting, dan defect tracking.
- Memahami Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, dan Sanity Testing.
- Familiar dengan Jira atau bug tracking tools sejenis.
- Memahami dasar SDLC dan STLC.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, teliti, dan mampu bekerja secara sistematis.
- Mampu berkolaborasi dengan Developer, Business Analyst, dan tim QA.
