- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles
- Collaborate with other teams to understand role requirements and team needs
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports
- Stay up to date with IT market trends, technologies, and salary benchmarks
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT or technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Bandung
