Job Description
- Menyiapkan, menganalisa dan menginformasikan kebutuhan data untuk auditor internal maupun eksternal.
- Melakukan monitoring terhadap budget untuk memastikan kesesuaian cost dengan budget yang sudah direncanakan.
- Melakukan analisa dan evaluasi terhadap risk yang ada di IT dan mengkoordinasikan dengan department lain di IT.
- Melakukan analisa dan mendokumentasikan Architecture IT.
- Mengidentifikasi, menganalisa dan menyusun draft SOP, Policy, SLA dan OLA di IT.
- Menganalisa dan memberikan rekomendasi progress KPI setiap fungsi di IT.
- Mengidentifikasi dan memberikan rekomendasi kebutuhan man power, knowledge dan kompetensi di setiap fungsi IT.
- Melakukan fungsi PDCA di IT.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from any major (preferable Management / Teknik Informatika / Management Informatika)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
