- Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals and overall business objectives.
- Maintain an updated company website.
- Ensuring consistent brand voice and visuals across all platforms.
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, foster discussions, and build relationships with followers.
- Tracking social media performance metrics and analysing results.
- Generating reports on campaign performance and providing insights to Marketing Manager for optimalization.
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and online promotions, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and assisting during the event.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and executing social media strategies for business, preferably within the tech industry or enterprise.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and written.
- Deep understanding of online advertisement (e.g. Google Ads) and SEO concept.
