Job Description
Software Maintenance Staff is responsible for dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information from the start to the end of the process. Software Maintenance Staff also provides solutions to customer problems with the assistance of development and/or implementation teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Master Degree
- Minimum GPA: 3.2
- Major: Information System, Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Information Technologhy, Computer Sciene, Computer Engineering, Manajemen Informatika
- Skill: Analytical, Database, Programming, English Proficiency
- Work Experience: Computer System Provider minimum 1 year
