- Bekerja sama dengan hiring manager untuk memahami kebutuhan perekrutan dan spesifikasi posisi IT.
- Membuat dan memposting iklan lowongan kerja di berbagai platform.
- Melakukan sourcing aktif melalui LinkedIn, portal job, talent pool, dan komunitas IT.
- Melakukan screening CV dan interview awal kandidat.
- Menyusun dan mengelola pipeline kandidat untuk posisi teknologi.
- Menjadwalkan dan mengoordinasikan interview dengan user dan kandidat.
- Memberikan pengalaman kandidat yang positif dan profesional.
- Membangun employer branding untuk menarik talenta IT.
- Melakukan negosiasi offering dan proses administrasi hingga kandidat bergabung.
- Meng-update dan memelihara data kandidat di sistem ATS atau database internal.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal S1 dari jurusan Psikologi, Teknik Informatika, Manajemen SDM, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai IT Recruiter atau recruiter dengan fokus pada posisi teknologi.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam sourcing aktif menggunakan LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, dll.
- Komunikatif, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dalam target.
- Menguasai proses interview berbasis kompetensi menjadi nilai tambah.
