Role Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with business users, SAP consultants, developers, QA, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Prepare project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flows, and user guides.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend appropriate SAP FICO solutions.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Assist in change request analysis and impact assessment.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support when required.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst working with SAP FICO.
- Understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Experience in business requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
