Job Description
- Support preparing sales contract
- Support payment controlling to customer
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date office documentation (physical and digital).
- Prepare and Manage Shipment Documentation
- Update databases, contract lists, and company records regularly.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements for documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma 3 in any major, Business Administration, and Business Management are preferable.
- Able to communicate in English
- Min. 2 year experience in administration works
- Excellence in operating Ms. Office
- Experience in handling export documents will be an advantage.
