JLF Golf is seeking a Field Sales Representative based in Jakarta who will be responsible for visiting venues, presenting our software, and securing new partnerships. This is a fully mobile role — you’ll be out meeting clients, not sitting in an office.
- Visit and build relationships with golf courses, driving ranges, simulators, gyms, clubs, and clinics
- Conduct software demos and presentations (training provided)
- Prospect new leads and follow up on inquiries
- Achieve monthly targets for new client signups
- Maintain basic reporting and client feedback in our CRM system
- Represent the brand professionally in the field
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Based in Jakarta / Jabodetabek area
- Must have own motorbike or car (travel allowance provided)
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, hospitality, gyms, or SaaS is preferred
- Motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
- Basic English understanding is a plus
