Job Description
- Managing relation and engage closely with clients
- Focus on retaining the existing clients
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
- Summarize and send the monthly report of each client's account
- Run the project management using Trello board
- Conduct both online and offline meetings with the clients to discuss the services they purchased
- Looking for and offering the solutions when facing the client's problem
Minimum Qualifications
- Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
- Having experiences in a marketing agency is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Having experience in project management (Trello board) is an advantage
- Having a minimum of 2-years experience in the related field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Self-starter with good initiative and persistence
- Good negotiation skill
- Willing to visit client's premises
- Having own vehicle & driving license
- Good looking
- Willing to be placed in Jogjakarta
