🔹 Hiring: SAP PMGM Consultant – Jakarta (Immediate Joiner)
We are looking for an experienced SAP PMGM Consultant for an immediate opportunity in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support SAP PMGM (Performance Management & Goal Management) solutions
Configure performance forms, goal plans, and workflows
Collaborate with HR/business teams for requirement gathering and solution design
Manage system enhancements, testing, and deployment
Ensure smooth integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules
Requirements:
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module
Hands-on configuration and implementation experience
Good understanding of HR processes and performance management cycles
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
📍 Location: Jakarta

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related field
4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM
At least 1–2 end-to-end implementation/support projects
Strong hands-on configuration experience in PMGM
Good understanding of HR/performance management processes
