- Handle sales administration including sales orders, quotations, contracts, distribution, stocks, and other report to management.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data in internal systems
- Analyse historical sales data and sales pipeline to support sales forecasting and demand planning
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and monitor forecast vs actual performance
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure stock availability
- Prepare sales reports, trend analysis, and management insights
- Ensure sales processes comply with company SOPs and industry regulations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Admin, or similar roles
- Preferably with experience in FMCG / import & distribution industry
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experienced in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
