Job Description
- Monitoring and follow up order constraints on day to day basis
- providing solutions to inquiries/problems related to customers' complain
- Fast typewriting and accurate in responding to customers' messages/inquires
- Support in daily finance activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Management Major
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent in listening skills, understand exactly what customers require
- Have a strong problem-solving skill
- Good in using Indonesian (Bahasa) both oral and written (using EYD as base)
- Ready to work on shifting system.
- Ready to work on weekend
