- Create a training program including a list of participants and budgets
- Prepare technical and non-technical training programs as well as the On Job Training program including training materials, participants, upgrading, time, and place of training
- Analyze, design, and develop training materials, program, and curriculum to increase employee's productivity
- Review and evaluate the output of training materials
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Management / Human Resources, Master degree will be an advantage. Min GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1 years experience in Learning & Development Area. Prior experience in Healthcare Industry is a plus.
- Possess in using Ms. Excel & interest in data analytic.
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skill in written and speaking both in English & Bahasa
- Able to Use Design / Video Editing Tools, Learning Management System (LMS), Vmix or other digital training tools
- Self Motivated and eager to learn & try different role within Human Capital Area
- Good attention to detail
