Job Summary

• To design and develop both new and enhancements to software applications that meet business specification

Duties and Responsibilities

• Debugs and enhances PIIS based on user requirement
• Responsible for architecting and designing business system applications and solutions, working with other team members to support legacy and building new applications per business requirement
• Performs designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting and deploying of system application
• Provides estimates, tasks and task dependencies during the project to the end-users and development team to ensure development efforts are provided in business value and are delivered on schedule and on budget
• Performs impact analysis for sub-system and databases directly or indirectly interact changes that are implemented
• Translates business requirements into technical representation and comes up with solutions
• Investigates and checks urgent production application issues
• Monitors, validates and assesses testing of new applications and ensures that these will pass the company’s standards and user expected results
• Writes, updates, and maintains computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs, such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment
• Participates in the creation, maintenance, testing, and execution of the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery plan
• Performs other related functions as directed by superior

• Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
• With at least 2 years related working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, composition, and prioritizing skills
• Detail-oriented and with good organization and coordination skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
