Job Description
- Support our CEO in framing business problems; finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic business issues
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research, analyzing, and presenting recommendations for Management
- Finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic business issues
- Working with strategic initiatives & investment-related tasks with our CEO and Business Development team
- Monitor sales CRM Tools, analyze business performance and create strategic reporting
- Give insight to the BD team related to sales strategy based on data processed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistic, Economic / Business, Management, or related from reputable university
- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in the Technology or Consulting industry is preferred
- Preferred has 1 - 2 years experience as Business Analyst / Consulting
- Preferred Female with excellent communications skills
- Have excellent project management and business planning expertise
- Analytical capability is critical in this role
- Recognize business processes around the enterprise and suggest ways to increase productivity
- Monitor initiative progress in a timely manner
- Understand training / recruitment process is preferred
- Willing to Business trip (if needed)
