Junior Systems Analyst  

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Systems Analyst – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as the primary authority on our internally developed software. The role will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users by providing in-depth product knowledge, ensuring proper adoption, and supporting enhancements and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, combined with hands-on expertise in our software’s functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the company’s proprietary software
2. Provide deep product knowledge to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
3. Collaborate with software developers, testers, and business teams to ensure proper requirements gathering, system enhancements, and issue resolution
4. Support implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the software
5. Train and mentor users on system functionality, workflows, and best practices
6. Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
7. Conduct system demonstrations and workshops for internal and external audiences
8. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the software’s continuous enhancement
9. Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of system capabilities and limitations
10. Provide second-level support for complex issues that require deep product knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field
2. Strong understanding of system analysis, workflows, and business processes
3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
4. Ability to document technical and functional requirements in a clear and structured manner
5. Experience in end-user training and stakeholder engagement
6. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
