Job Description
- Provide high-level customer service to Ride Revolution customers
- Properly input and sign-in riders in our POS
- Handling sales and inquiries
- Collection and filing of health waivers
- Assist in supply ordering and receiving
- Supervise in handling the studio’s inventory on supplies and merchandise for retail while providing feedback to the management team as needed
- Train studio staff or members of the team on the processes in the studio
- Handle customer and/or management concerns in a positive and timely manner
- Play an active role in the studio’s needs and requirements
