Job Description
- Bachelor in any major from a reputable university
- Strong passion in education and business development
- High level of project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good appreciation of process and controls, able to grasp end to end processes, integration between functions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a hustler mentality: pick up failures of experiments and iterate rapidly to achieve success in project goals despite challenges
- High independence and ability to learn quickly in a new environment or function Proven experience in a similar role will be a big plus
- Communicates well in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proficient in Mandarin and Vietnamese will be a plus
- Must have good grasp of Excel to perform analysis and work powerpoints
- Able to work under pressure
- Possess good work ethics and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
Minimum Qualifications
- Collaborate with department leaders to carry out project initiatives to reach business goals of all products
- Support project or programme either as project management or business analyst
- Manage ambiguous situation and deliver problem identification and solution planning
- Conduct analysis required to support strategic initiatives such as market projections, historical performance, competitor analysis
- Develop recommendations to improve current business models and operations by doing root cause analysis, business user interviews, best practice benchmarking, etc.
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
- Get your hands dirty with hands-on operational work on the ground if needed to ensure that all initiatives are carried out effectively and seamlessly
