Job Description
1. Telephone & Office Reception
- Responsible in aswering / screening all incoming calls for the Company in a polite telephone manner.
- Receives/screens incoming calls and transfer the same to proper locals.
- Receives/screens visitors of the Company before endorsing to the proper person.
- Receives / monitors all incoming mails duly stamped received with date including mails and correspondence.
2. Technical
- Assist IT team on technical matters related to PLDT and the company's PABX.
- Assist head of Property Administration in matters concerning property maintenance and unimpeded utility services i.e. water, electrical, building and maintenance, and security issues covering the entire complex.
3. Security
- In-charge of security and safety for company and it's properties; implements security policies and regulations inside company premises.
- Implemantation of traffic and compliance of rules & policies inside premises.
- Available on emergency calls to handle and resolve security-related issues of Company and its properties.
- Perform other functions as maybe assigned by superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- With good communication skills
- Has good Integrity and professionalism.
