Job Objectives:

Graphical Management

• Creating visually copelling designs that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
• Designing and producing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics, to promote products and services.
• Working collaboratively with other designers and team members to develop innovative and effective visual concepts.
• Utilizing a variety of software and tools to create high-quality graphics that meet project specifications and client needs.
• Continuously improve and refine design skills through ongoing professional development and education opportunities.
• Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing project requirements and client needs.
• Developing brand identities and visual systems for clients, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all materials.
• Creating inforgraphics and data visualizations to effectively communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences.

Job Description:

• Conceptualizaton and Design
  • Responsible for creating visual concepts and ideas for various projects, such as advertisements, packaging, and web design. They use their creativity and skills to develop a visual representation of the client's message or product.
• Sketching and Illustration
  • Using various mediums, such as pencil, pen, and digital tools, to create sketches and illustrations that depict their concepts. They use these sketches to communicate their ideas to clients and collaborators.
• Branding and Identity Development
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent visual identity for a company or brand, including logo design, color palettes, and typography.
• Layout and Composition
  • Responsible for arranging elements within a design to create a visually pleasing and effective composition. This includes determining the placement of text, images, and other design elements.
• Illustration and Digital Art
  • Responsible for creating illustrations and digital art that can be used in various forms of media, such as brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
• Social Media Marketing
  • Responsible for creating visually engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This includes designing graphics, videos, and animations that align with the company's branding and marketing goals.
• Presentation Design
  • Responsible for creating visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate information to audiences. This includes designing slides, creating graphics, and selecting typography and color schemes that align with the overall presentation theme.

• Fresh graduate with a compelling portfolio showcasing strong graphic design skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or advanced training in graphic design or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of color theory and typography
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Understanding of print production and pre-press procedures
• Willing to work onsite at our Stronghold office in Xavierville, Quezon City
