Job Description
- Schedule Merchant Activation Field activities and ensure they receive proper information for field activities
- Uploading shop to FOMS system
- Create daily deployment and canvassing ticket and identifying the status
- Checking the proper deployment ticket and binding the shops
- Handle issue escalation for Merchant Activation Field
- Manage and make sure data tracker are updated
- Monitor and follow up deployment backlog
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required (has experience in e-commerce are preferable)
- Proficient in using MS. Office, especially in MS. Excel for reporting matters
- Computer and technology literacy
- Great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and data-driven
- Fast learner and responsible
- Able to join as soon as possible
