Job Description
- Review Daily Financial Report (DFR) submitted from local Ops and prepared accounting journal for recording purpose
- Work with local Ops on issues and cases identified from the DFRs and work on the proper accounting entries
- Proposed continuation effort in improving DFRs quality to ensure correct records are accounted for
- Prepare monthly Escrow bank reconciliation , identifying any unrecorded monies in or out , and ensure no long outstanding items in the reconciliation
- Prepare and verify staff claims based on expense reports
- Maintain records for Cash Advance issued to staffs and make sure necessary follow-ups are done for Advance liquidation
- Handle accounting for B2C (Business to Customer) product line , coordinating with Ops for invoice issuance and inventory management
- Assist in monthly closing and financial analysis as required
- Assist in annual audit and due diligence exercise
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting field from well known university
- Strong accounting on inventories and costing, warehouse management and processes.
- Experience in in FMCG, ecommerce, trading, or logistics multinational companies or big listed company preferred
- Familiar with local PSAK, IFRS knowledge or US GAAP is a plus
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and a good team player
- Experience in Oracle accounting system is a plus
- Good with numbers and analytical skills
- Willing to take the challenge to set up new system (start-up environment), detail in reconciliation large amount of data and reports
