Job Description
- Create a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends (local and international)
- Involve in a product development project
- Conduct qualitative research (for internal and external respondents) and represent the market insights report
- Innovating new products product regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product
- Acquire new external respondents for under-development product(s)
- Gather consumer insights and do analysis for valid feedback(s)
- Generate and distribute product knowledge insight
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ related major (or any major with related work experience(s))
- Fluent in English
- Has related experience in beauty product development
- Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast
- Keeping up with global and local beauty trend
- Willing to follow WFO policy (Location: Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan)
- Create, manage, track and execute project plans in a timely manner
- Good analytical and critical thinking
