The TAX COMPLIANCE MANAGER shall ...
- ensure compliance to local statutory requirements
- be responsible for the review of all BIR-related filing, PEZA reports and local business permits for Medical Centers
- be responsible for the review of tax provision collections e.g. actual and budget, reconciliation of deferred tax assets and liabilities, ETR analysis, validation of tax balance sheet accounts, tax provision analysis
- participate in budget presentation and initiate tax planning measures for the Group
- monitor and assess changes in Philippine tax laws for applicability and communicate business implications
- provide tax support to the business, including contract review, research, etc.
- oversee internal and external audits to provide requirements in a timely manner including issue resolution
- ensure process documentation is complete and up to date
Minimum Qualifications
The TAX COMPLIANCE MANAGER must ...
- have 3 - 5 years of Philippine Taxation experience
- have 2 - 3 years experience in people management
- be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- be knowledgeable in matters related to PEZA and SAP ERP
- be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- possess impressive analytical and communication skills
