- Responsible for overseeing and validating the contract documentation process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with mandatory requirements at the head office level.
- Act as the key liaison between head office and business operations to ensure smooth administrative coordination.
- Manage and execute all administrative tasks in an organized, timely, and accountable manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any majors, (Library Science, Administration) preffered
