Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops programs related to training technology and delivery models, and career guidance;
- Leads in the conduct of researches on training technology and delivery models;
- Conducts analysis of program/project proposals;
- Leads in the development of procedures and technique in learning systems development;
- Develops and packages advocacy materials;
- Leads in the integration of career guidance in the development and implementation of training technology and delivery models; and,
- Performs other functions as may be assigned;
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification Standards:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience (career guidance, training technology, and learning systems development)
- Training: 8 hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
