Job Description
Planning and execution of solar photovoltaic projects in accordance to the set timeline, budget, and the company's quality and safety standards. This includes:
- preparation of engineering plans
- acquisition of permits
- electrical and installation works
- management of workers
- coordination of clients
- and preparation of reports
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION: Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering (Licensed)
Preferred but not required: Certified Safety Practitioner/Has completed COSH Training
WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years' experience in solar PV industry or construction industry as project manager or site manager
IT SKILLS/SOFTWARE & HARDWARE PROFICIENCIES: Excel, Word, AutoCAD
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Good communication skills
- Safety oriented
- Good leadership/people management skills
- Meticulous, with attention to quality
- Can work at heights, willing to be assigned to provincial projects
