Job Description
- Menerima, memprioritaskan dan menyelesaikan permintaan bantuan IT Hardware dan Software bagi seluruh outlet
- Instalasi, perawatan dan penyediaan dukungan harian baik untuk Jaringan Internet, hardware & software, peralatan termasuk printer, scanner, hard-drives external, di seluruh outlet
- Memaintain database di antaranya: email
- Menyediakan data / informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan laporan department secara rutin
- Mensupport kelancaran software dan hardware,koordinasi dengan provider
- Membuat sistem manual yang berhubungan dengan IT/software
Minimum Qualifications
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Belum Menikah
- Memiliki motor dan sim motor sendiri (Bersedia bekerja mobile)
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai IT Network atau Enginner Network
- Menguasai Ms. Office Word, Excel, & semua software tentang IT
- Berpengalaman menangani PC Troubleshooting baik hardware maupun software
- Harus Mahir Dengan Perangkat Mikrotik,Unifi Dan Cisco
- Memahami trouble shooting jaringan LAN/WAN, server administrator termasuk Email, Database, Domain control
- Memiliki perilaku yang baik, bertanggungjawab, kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dapat bekerja sama dengan tim
- Mampu mengelola waktu, mandiri sebagai pemula, dan siap bekerja dengan target
